Navid’s qualifications include degrees in Law, Economics, Banking and Finance, a Master of Laws from the Australian National University and he is currently in the final stages of completing his Doctorate.

Navid is a Barrister with a practice focused on the following areas:

Navid was a Solicitor and Barrister for 15 years before commencing his specialised practice at the Bar. He practiced as a Solicitor and Barrister in Australia from 2002 to 2017, Solicitor in England and Wales since 2010, Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand since 2010, and has been a Registered Foreign Lawyer with Court appearance rights in Singapore since 2016.

During his extensive legal career Navid has represented businesses ranging in size from start-ups through to some of the world’s most recognised multinational corporations and brands. As a Lawyer Navid successfully represented or supervised more than 4,000 legal matters, with litigation at all levels including Federal and Supreme Courts and the United Nations.

Navid is available to represent legal matters including mediations in all Australian Jurisdictions, in Singapore, New Zealand, UK, British Overseas Territories and upon request may consider matters in other Countries within Asia, Europe and the Pacific region.
