David was first admitted to practice as a solicitor in New South Wales in 1979. He has mainly practiced as a solicitor in Sydney CBD law firms as a litigation solicitor but has also conducted Court proceedings in Victoria and Queensland. He moved to the Territory in July 2009 to work for the Darwin firm, Cridlands MB as a Senior Counsel. He joined the Independent Bar on 18 June 2012. Since moving to Darwin, in addition to conducting numerous types of proceedings David has successfully acted for respondents in large claim Constructions Contract Security of Payments adjudications and has conducted seminars in that area. He is accredited to act as an Adjudicator in construction contract adjudications in the NT and Queensland.
